Definitely a good amount of water weight but I tend to bloat so I don't mind. Feeling good and inspired... I did NOT cut back on caffeine - I have a toddler - and still am losing weight and each day have fewer cravings. When I do have sweet cravings I have sugar free jello pudding and/or diet pop. Diet Root Beer is a real treat. For carb cravings, I pulled a Sex and the City stunt (when they took the trip to L.A.). I took a bite of lasagna, chewed it, spit it out and rinsed my mouth. That was enough. I tried the same with a dessert. I feel good about the strict guidelines of Phase I because I was enjoying too much wine anyway and the calories were adding up.
