She told me it was medifast and that she loved it. The woman had always been heavy and was smaller than me, looking to be about a size 2! I have always weighed about 120lbs but during my divorce I had gotten up to 150. I only stuck to the diet for 3 weeks because I had gotten down to 135 and felt good, so just stopped. 6 months later and weighing in at 138, I decided to go ahead and lose that other 15 lbs I was wanting to lose. One week in, 5 lbs down. Not everything is delicious, but it is edible and doable if you are determined to actually stick to it! BTW, the new "parmisan cheese balls" are awesome.
