I have been doing this diet now for 8 days and have lost 5 pounds. My advice is to follow the food preparation directions on the packages exactly, and to listen to your "coach." They can help get you through the rough spots. I like the diet, I am rarely hungry and I feel really good. Good luck!

Could it be?

I'm desperate. I've tried them all. I'm almost 52 years old and losing hope.

I need to lose about 40 pounds. Or, rather, 40 pounds seems like a reasonable goal - although I'm actually about 60 pounds over my youthful 20-ish pre-baby weight.

Should I go for the Medifast Diet? Sounds like a plan . . .

100% great program! My husband in 15 weeks has lost 106 lbs and went from size 50 to size 38. I have lost 48lbs and went from size 20 to 14 although we both still have a ways to go. We find it easy fast and we have never felt better. Any one interested and tried everything else needs to give this a try.
