I've done Weight Watchers, Atkins and Nutrisystem over the past 10 yrs or so and have lost and gained back the weight. I am trying Jenny Craig because my life is so hectic I don't want to have to think about what I need to eat and then prepare it. I end up choosing the wrong things because they are quicker. With all the "healthy" food I have bought and wasted in the past it is worth the money for me to purchase the jenny craig food already planned out for me. Even though there were 3 types of plans, in order to be able to afford the food I stuck with the 20 for 20 and she was fine with that and did not pressure me to spend more money. She indicated that it is not just the food you are receiving...you are getting weight loss counceling. Lean Cuizine (Nestle Product) is reasonably priced.Their (Jenny Craig) food is CRAZY High Priced. The writing is on the wall for this company. Their business model will eliminate their existance.
