I had a little snotty brat for my counselor and asked for a new one since I did not like her. Without any problem i was assigned a new person who I clicked with. Store is not open for convenience to the customer i.e. closes early Saturday and not open on Sunday. They were very RUDE and were trying to push me to buy more items... over 2 hours I spent listening to Karen the director pushing the $399 membership.. I REFUSED and stuck with my trial period.
