My wife has lost 65 lbs on this diet. she loves it. she has a ton of energy and she can't wait to get home and see what I have cooked for dinner. It took her about 4 months to lose it. the first few weeks the weight just falls off. the rate of loss does slow down after a while, but she still loses 2 to 4lbs a week.
